Vouchers:

Complete the - SOCCER REFEREE GAME LOG

            Name/Address/City/State/Zip Code

List for each game: Date (mm/dd/yy), Time, Field (Location & #), and Age Group:

(B/G 8-9, B/G 10-11, B 12-13, G 12-13, B 14-17, G 14-17), & Ref Fee ($).

 

Referee Fees:

            B/G 8-9            $24

            B/G 10-11         $28

            Girls 12-13        $32

            Boys 12-13       $32

            Girls 14-17        $36

            Boys 14-17       $40 Per Referee (2 Referee System)

 

You MUST sign your name and put your Social Security Number on bottom of REFEREE GAME LOG.

 

Send 1st Referee Game Log form to me by mid October and 2nd at the end of November (Season over). Or you can just turn in 1 form at the end of November.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

 

·         In the event of rain or inclement weather, it is the referee’s responsibility to verify, in advance of the referee actually reporting to the field, that the scheduled games will be played. Check the website www.wtsoccer.net, and click on “Field Closings”.

·         For Washington Lake Park, you can also call the park at 589-6427 to see if the field has been closed.

·         For Bethel Mill Fields (Atkinson Park), Quay Park, Hurfville School, and High School 11-12 bldg. Check the website and/or call the WTPR Soccer Message Recorder at 401-2837.

 

Referees will not be paid for games canceled for inclement weather. However, if the game starts and then is stopped, the referee has earned full payment for the game. In the event of a non-weather related cancellation, and the referee goes to the field, the referee will be paid for a single game.
